Brian P. Walsh (NMLS #287000) is an individual mortgage loan officer doing business as World Class Lending Group powered by EASE Mortgage. All loans are originated and funded by EASE Mortgage (NMLS #2273319), the lender. In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" mean Brian P. Walsh and EASE Mortgage.

Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

We run two text programs. Each requires its own opt-in. Consent is voluntary and is never a condition of any purchase, loan, service, or event registration.

1. Customer and prospect program. If you opt in while asking about or applying for a mortgage, we may text you about your inquiry or loan, including application updates, appointment reminders, document requests, and service messages.

2. Referral partner and education program. If you are a real estate professional and opt in when registering for one of our classes or events, Brian P. Walsh, EASE Mortgage, and its loan officers may call or text you about the event, send reminders, and follow up afterward, which may include marketing messages.

For both programs:

• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

• Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or call 303-898-3575.

• Opting out of one sender or program stops texts from all of us for that program.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

• Mobile opt-in data will not be shared with third parties for marketing/promotional purposes.

Email

If you register for a class or opt in to our mailing list, we may email you event details, reminders, follow-up information, company news, and offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and our mailing address. You can also unsubscribe by emailing bwalsh@worldclasslg.com.
